Picking up her brushes  for the first time in 2009, when her 3 year old daughter was gifted a “how to” face paint book. The colours attached was her first introduction to professional face paints and sparked the passion that has continued for over a decade. Nyomie worked as a Children’s nurse and would incorporate her artistic passion with her profession until she decided that face painting was her happy place and went full time as a professional artist.  Over the years she has built an amazing skill set, producing breath-taking art for thousands of faces across the UK. 

Nyomie is the first Black  Artist to create a line of face paint with industry giants SILLY FARM . She has garnered a reputation amongst her clients for delivering only the best and is known by her industry peers, for raising the bar at every opportunity, by offering mentoring and teaching to aspiring artist; as well as creating opportunities for diversity and inclusion with the annual LONDON FACE PAINTING JAM
